Refund Policy
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, email our customer service department at Sales@eaststarradio.com Please have your order or invoice number when you email. Returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise will not be accepted. Garments must be inspected before printing. All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds for returns will not be made without a valid return authorization number, which may be obtained on in the My Account section at eaststarradio.com/shop/my-account Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice. East Star Radio reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.
