Promotional Rules, Guidelines, and Procedures

Welcome to East Star Radio (WESR)’s contest page. Please review the following rules, guidelines, and procedures before participating in any of our contests.

Eligibility: Contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of East Star Radio, its affiliates, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry: Entry methods will vary for each contest and will be outlined in the specific contest announcement. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated in the contest rules. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. The method of winner selection will be outlined in the specific contest announcement. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the contest end date.

Prize Redemption: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Prize pickup instructions will be provided to winners upon notification.

Publicity: By entering a contest, participants grant East Star Radio the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

Disqualification: East Star Radio reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the contest rules or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct. Decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final and binding.

Release: By participating in a contest, participants release East Star Radio, its affiliates, sponsors, and agents from any liability arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize.

Privacy Policy: Personal information collected for contest purposes will be used only for administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Additional Terms: East Star Radio reserves the right to modify or cancel a contest at any time without prior notice. Contest rules may be subject to change, and participants are encouraged to review them regularly.
